"One of my favorite ways to prepare pork tenderloin. It is excellent and one you won't want to pass by! I use Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning for the Cajun seasoning. It adds just the right amount of spice for lots of added flavor."

We thoroughly enjoyed this fast and easy tenderloin recipe! I made my own Cajun seasoning and used honey from a friend's farm for this delicious recipe. I did make one small change, I roasted the tenderloins in a big roasting pan along side fresh mixed veggies. Cut the meat on an angle and drizzled the honey butter over (which I kept warm on the stove as they were roasting and did not use the water). Served with steamed asparagus for a delightful dinner. Thank you for sharing this keeper, Sheri!

Can't completely rate the stars yet as it is still cooking! However, I just had to comment as the last review mentioned the excess water. However, it made it perfect to adapt the recipe to the pressure cooker/instant pot! Got mine going now! Update: I adapted this for my electronic pressure cooker. Did everything as described but did the searing/browning in my Foodi and then just added the water and pressure cooked for 30 min. Turned out GREAT. I doubt the author was planning on doing a pressure cooker recipe. And the great thing about my Ninja Foodi is that I could brown in more w/the air crisper lid... but I didn't need to.

We really enjoyed the tenderloin...they were nice and moist...but I felt adding the water to the pot at the end was uncalled for...just take the juices and drizzle them over the pork...the water deluded the yummy drippings of the pork...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
