"This dressing works well with any green type salad, and goes especially well with a cheese salad. I sometimes add a 1/4 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes for a spicy dressing. Makes 1 cup"

I wasn't sure about the soy sauce (I used Maggi seasoning instead), but it added a depth of flavour that was excellent on a green salad! I may marinate chicken in the rest of it, since it made far more than we needed.

I really loved this as a dressing for my pasta salad last night. I've got the rest in a jar and plan to use it on all type of things in the next couple of weeks. I do a lot of olive oil/balsamic on food...but the addition of the honey and soy took this over the top.

Great combination of sweet and sour. Had it on green salads for lunch, but would be good drizzled on grilled chicken breast or fish.
