"For a healthy dose of fats that is necessary for your good health, eat at least one tablespoon every morning. One tablespoon is about around 100 calories, so spread some on toast! If you like add some sweetener (honey or maple syrup) or spices (cinnamon, ginger, or pumpkin pie spice) to the peanut butter after processing. Makes 8 (2 tablespoon) servings."
