Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well; store in jar with tight-fitting lid.

Step 2

Stir or shake before each use.

Step 3

Idea #1; Add 2 or 3 teaspoons to a can of condensed tomato soup.

Step 4

Idea #2: Sprinkle 1 or 2 teaspoons over 4 servings of hot cooked vegetables.

Step 5

Idea #3: Slice 1 pound loaf French bread in half horizontally. Combine 2 to 3 teaspoons herb mix with 1 cup shredded cheese in a small bowl; Sprinkle mixture over bread and broil until cheese is bubbly.

This is a very nice mix. I used it on some oven-roasted potatoes and looking forward to using it on a roast chicken or fish. I put everything in my mini-processor and gave it a few whirls to blend. This also broke up the dried herbs a bit so it is easier to keep everything mixed and I can use it in a shaker top jar.
