"This recipe was inspired by a similar recipe on the Hungry Girl web site. It's a great way to get your family to eat more veggies. I doubled the amount of turkey and added sauteed green pepper and onion. It's a very good light sloppy joe sandwich. The broccoli slaw adds a nice crunch. This is not a really wet sloppy joe. If like a more saucy sandwich, plan on adding 1/4 - 1/2 cup of additional sauce. I also like to saute green pepper and onion with the turkey."

I normally try to follow a recipe as close as I can. I had to make adjustments this time according to what I had. This was great. Another recipe that I never would have thought of on my own. I had to use yellow pepper. I also had to use a combo of tomato sauce and some tomato and sweet basil bisque. I added some frozen broccoli to my partial package of cole slaw. It all worked out so well! And I like cheese on mine, so I added pepper jack. Thanks for the recipe!
