Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, blend beaten eggs, milk, butter, nutmeg and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients and mix JUST TILL MOISTENED. Fold in blueberries. Note: If using frozen blueberries, rinse and pat dry before adding to batter.

Step 3

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and brush tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
