Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put all ingredients in machine in manufacturers recommended order. Program for knead (or dough setting). No need to use rise setting.
Step 2
After machine has finished kneading, remove dough to a floured work space and let rest for 10 minutes, covered with a clean towel.
Step 3
Roll out dough to fit pan and proceed with your favorite pizza recipe.
Step 4
To make a cheese pizza, top with sauce and cheese and bake at 475F. for 15-20 minutes.
