100% Whole Wheat Bread
"This loaf is for a bread machine; I make it in my Panasonic. I haven't bought store bread since I started making it. It's our "everyday" bread, and I just slice it after it cools and store it in a freezer bag in the freezer. Sometimes I add in poppy seeds instead of the flax seeds. You could substitute any seeds you like, or leave them out entirely. I like it because it is all natural and it keeps very well in the freezer. "

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients except yeast in bread pan in the order called for by your brand of machine.
Step 2
Set machine on "basic" "bake" and "sandwich" setting.
Step 3
Add yeast into yeast dispenser.
Step 4
Press "start".
