Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Lightly spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.
Step 3
Using your hands, combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Mix in chocolate chips (dough will be quite sticky).
Step 4
For the dough into 1-inch balls. Place onto baking sheets. Press dough to flatten slightly.
Step 5
Bake 7-10 minutes. Cool slightly, transfer to cooling rack.
