Step by Step Method

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet until beef is fully cooked, and onions are translucent. Place in Crock pot.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients (except for salt and pepper.) Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Step 3

Salt and pepper to taste before serving.

This was okay but needs something to kick it up a notch. I did use stewing beef instead of ground beef and added some Italian seasoning. I also think it may be better to add the frozen veggies near the end of the cooking instead of a the beginning for more veggie flavor.
