"I had A LOT of leftovers from #recipe17362,and wanted to create a special brunch type meal for me and my SO. And it hit the spot. This recipe would be great with toast and/or hash browns. Posted on 2/14/15. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a small bowl mix together eggs,milk,and pepper then set aside.

Step 2

In a medium size omelet pan,over medium heat melt margarine.

Step 3

Add eggs and when eggs are lightly set,tilt pan to one side and using spatula,let uncooked eggs go underneath cooked eggs to finish cooking.

Step 4

Place ham/broccoli on one side and top with cheese.

Step 5

Flip remaining half of omelet over cheese and cover with lid to the cheese melt.

A lovely Sunday Brunch that will be repeated. For the Broccoli Divan ingredient I used fresh chopped broccoli & Spicy tomato Classico sauce . I used 2 eggs for 1 serving that made it a very generous serving that I enjoyed.
