Step 1: In a small bowl mix together eggs,milk,and pepper then set aside.
Step 2: In a medium size omelet pan,over medium heat melt margarine.
Step 3: Add eggs and when eggs are lightly set,tilt pan to one side and using spatula,let uncooked eggs go underneath cooked eggs to finish cooking.
Step 4: Place ham/broccoli on one side and top with cheese.
Step 5: Flip remaining half of omelet over cheese and cover with lid to the cheese melt.
