Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a Dutch oven, brown meat and add onion and garlic.

Add carrots, garbanzos, tomatoes, beef broths, bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste and dried basil.
Step 3
Boil.
Step 4
Then simmer 45 minutes, covered.
Step 5
After 45 minutes, add ditalini.
Step 6
Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add peas and cook 10 more minutes. .
