"Ridiculously inexpensive and simple meal, we like it over mashed potatoes. When I make this for myself I add in a few jalapenos while cooking the beef. Don't just follow this recipe add in other things that you like!"

Bergy

Easy delicious Poor "Wo"man's dinner. I used low sodium mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms (I always have them in the house, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper) and added 1 teaspoon of Burger spice. Served over Tofu pasta. Thanks SingleDad for a tasty meal.

Engrossed

Great basic recipe for a quick and satisfying dinner! I omitted the oil and mushrooms and added garlic salt and pepper. I also added in frozen mixed vegetables and served it all over mashed potatoes. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
