Grilled Pizza Burger
"Delicious, lovely texture just right for grilling. Use Pizza sauce or Salsa. I like to add some lettuce and a slice of sweet onion. Use a dill Havarti cheese instead of the provolone or your favorite. Just remember that you have parmesan in the burger. Get really nice buns to make this burger special. I used a Scottish Bap. The original recipe called for an English Muffin. The recipe was originally from Taste of Home by Mizi Sentiff with some changes by me."

Step by Step Method

Gently mix together the first 10 ingredients

Make into 4 patties
Step 3
Grill, covered over medium heat or pan fry
Step 4
Flip after 5 minutes, add cheese, keep cover on for a couple of minutes
Step 5
When the cheese has melted, place on the buns, add condiments of your choice and enjoy
