"These are so easy to put together and a great side dish. I like to use baby potatoes sliced in half, but regular potatoes cute into bite size pieces works well also."

I made these potato's to go with a B.B.Q. I used Greek herbs that my daughter bought back from Greece, which gave an amazing flavour. I used new potato's cut into chunks, which did need more time than stated (my fault), I gave them 30 minutes and they were still not ready, so I zapped them in the microwave and put the in a pre heated oven, whilst the meat finished and rested. Wonderful potato's that I will be making again, I just have to get the times right on our B.B.Q. as it may not be as hot as some.

I used small baby red potatoes cut in half. Love the garlic. I don't BBQ so I did them in the oven in the foil package. 400f 15 minutes and then 20 minutes with the foil open. They were wonderful. I cut the recipe in half- no problem Thanks Bea for a saver

Delicious! We enjoyed these emensly! My potatoes were mutants in size, so I diced one red potato into a little bigger than bite sized pieces, so they would cook faster. I served this recipe with NY strip steaks! Made for Billboard tag?

These cooked up so nice on the grill. I love using indirect heat so they don't burn. These went great with some marinated chicken with Greek spices and a veggie salad. I look forward to having them again soon. Thank you for posting this for us Bea! Linda
