This was a super interesting recipe -- I've never had a grilled fruit kabob and we decided to try this one. The pineapple is delicious, the watermelon & peaches tasted good but kept falling off the skewer as it cooked. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong. We ended up with 4 fruit kabobs, but I don't think we cooked them as long as the recipe wanted us to (or we would have lost the rest of the fruit). Maybe I should have cut the fruit bigger? But still fun and tasty and the kids loved it.
