Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine parsley, onion, garlic, vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.

Step 2

Season steak with kosher salt to taste.

Step 3

Grilled over very hot fire until browned on both sides and slightly less done than you want, about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Place steak in a baking dish and coat with parsley sauce.

Step 5

Cover dish with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Slice steak thinly against the grain and serve with sauce remaining in baking dish.

Absolutely wonderful flavours here! The meat turned out tender and juicy. I did have to sub a white onion for the red. This is a definite keeper. Thanks for sharing Pia!

Great steak! I used a grill pan on top of the stove. Also a great dish that doesn't require any ingredients that probably are not on hand. The only change I made was using less onion and balsamic vinegar for the red wine vinegar. Served with carrots. Thanks for sharing this keeper!

This is so yummy!...just to let you know that most of the sauce mixture is left the nutritional info is way off...I did drizzle the sauce over the thinly sliced can really taste the garlic...this is a keeper...thanks for posting it...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
