The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup fresh minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef flank steak

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine parsley, onion, garlic, vinegar, oil, pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Season steak with kosher salt to taste.

  • Step 3: Grilled over very hot fire until browned on both sides and slightly less done than you want, about 10 minutes.

  • Step 4: Place steak in a baking dish and coat with parsley sauce.

  • Step 5: Cover dish with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

  • Step 6: Slice steak thinly against the grain and serve with sauce remaining in baking dish.
