Step by Step Method

Step 1

Whisk all of the ingredients together except for the fish and pour the marinade mix into a heavy gauge plastic bag ( ziplock).

Step 2

Place the filets into the bag and well coat them : let this sit for 30 minutes.

Step 3

While the fish is marinating, preheat a nonstick pan until hot, place the light olive oil in and toast the pine nuts for a minute of two ( dont overcook), then set aside off the heat, sprinle lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Preheat the grill, spray the basket inside with non-stick spray, place the filets in the basket.

Step 5

Grill for a few minutes each side, until the fish is cooked to your liking. watch the fish carefully because it may cook fast.

Step 6

Place the cooked filets on a serving platter and pour the toasted nuts on top.

Step 7

Serve with a nice aoli sauce.
