Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 fish filets , 7 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil, for toasting pine nuts
  • Salt & pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk all of the ingredients together except for the fish and pour the marinade mix into a heavy gauge plastic bag ( ziplock).

  • Step 2: Place the filets into the bag and well coat them : let this sit for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3: While the fish is marinating, preheat a nonstick pan until hot, place the light olive oil in and toast the pine nuts for a minute of two ( dont overcook), then set aside off the heat, sprinle lightly with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Preheat the grill, spray the basket inside with non-stick spray, place the filets in the basket.

  • Step 5: Grill for a few minutes each side, until the fish is cooked to your liking. watch the fish carefully because it may cook fast.

  • Step 6: Place the cooked filets on a serving platter and pour the toasted nuts on top.

  • Step 7: Serve with a nice aoli sauce.
