Grilled Chicken Breast With The Works

Step 1

In large skillet cook bacon until crispy. When bacon is done drain skillet, leaving about 1 tsp of bacon grease. Place skillet back on stove on low heat and saute mushrooms, onions and peppers for approx 11 minutes or until tender.

Step 2

Sprinkle chicken breast with seasoning salt. Place on grill cook over medium heat and cook 3-4 minutes each side until almost done.

Step 3

Place cooked chicken breast on baking sheet. Cover each breast with BBQ sauce. Place 2-3 slices of cooked bacon on each chicken breast and cover with sauteed mushrooms, onions and pepper, a slice of mozzarella cheese and a slice of American cheese. Place baking sheet with chicken back on grill just long enough to melt cheese.

What a tasty dish...I used a red bell pepper because that's what I had on barbecue sauce was Stubb's Spicy...this was so easy to prepare...made for "Billboard" tag game...
