Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium.
Step 2
In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients (-garlic). Shape into 4 patties, spray patties on both sides with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
Spray onion rounds with nonstick spray. Place patties and onions on the grill and cook turning once until burgers are done and onion is lightly charred (8-10 minutes).
Step 4
Spray pineapple slices on both sides with nonstick cooking spray and grill turning once until lightly charred (under 5 minutes).
Step 5
Place burgers on plates, topping each burger with 1 pineapple slice and 1 onion slice, separated into rings. Sprinkle with cilantro if using.
