Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil and add onions, season lightly.

Cook until translucent.

Add parsley, paprika and green beans and saute for 4 minutes.

Add vinegar to water and add to pan.
Step 5
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add rice and garlic salt and simmer for 5 minutes covered.
Step 7
Take off heat and stir in sour cream.
Step 8
Cover and let set for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Season to taste.
