Step 1: Heat oil and add onions, season lightly.
Step 2: Cook until translucent.
Step 3: Add parsley, paprika and green beans and saute for 4 minutes.
Step 4: Add vinegar to water and add to pan.
Step 5: Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Add rice and garlic salt and simmer for 5 minutes covered.
Step 7: Take off heat and stir in sour cream.
Step 8: Cover and let set for 5 minutes.
Step 9: Season to taste.
