"The recipe is from a pizzeria that uses this "Greek-style" dressing as it's house dressing. Don't ask why they don't use an Italian Style dressing - just know that this is pretty good stuff! Servings are an estimate, depending on how much you like on your salad. This makes 2 1/2 cups of dressing, or about 20 2-tablespoon servings. I personally think that if you added some grated parmesan cheese, this would actually be a good Italian dressing... don't tell the pizzeria!"
