"I saw this on Betty Crocker it looked good so I gave it a go, I did make some amount adjustments to suit our taste, It's a good recipe if you don't mind using boxed potatoes"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
In 2-quart casserole, mix Potatoes, Sauce Mix, boiling water, half-and-half and butter. Stir in remaining potato ingredients.
Step 3
Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
Step 4
In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake 8 minutes longer or until topping is golden.
Step 5
Sprinkle with parsley. Let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).
