Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bake the pie crust.
Step 2
In saucepan, mix sugar, flour, vinegar, extracts, egg yolks and butter over boiling water (double boiler) with whisk. Cook until nice and thick. Pour into baked pie shell.
Step 3
Beat egg whites. Top pie.
Step 4
Brown in oven.
