Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spray the inside of crock-pot with Pam.

Step 2

Salt and pepper the beef to taste and flour lightly.

Step 3

Add the carrots, potatoes, celery and onion.

Step 4

Add beef broth and soy sauce.

Step 5

Add more water as needed .

Step 6

Add oregano, basil, thyme, bay leaf, dried parsley and seasoning salt, to taste.

Step 7

Cook, on low heat, covered, for 7 hours.

Step 8

Add in green beans, peas and diced canned tomatoes.

Step 9

Cook 1 hour.

Step 10

Remove and discard bay leaf.

Step 11

Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley
