Step 1: Spray the inside of crock-pot with Pam.
Step 2: Salt and pepper the beef to taste and flour lightly.
Step 3: Add the carrots, potatoes, celery and onion.
Step 4: Add beef broth and soy sauce.
Step 5: Add more water as needed .
Step 6: Add oregano, basil, thyme, bay leaf, dried parsley and seasoning salt, to taste.
Step 7: Cook, on low heat, covered, for 7 hours.
Step 8: Add in green beans, peas and diced canned tomatoes.
Step 9: Cook 1 hour.
Step 10: Remove and discard bay leaf.
Step 11: Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley
