Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium saucepan of boiling water, simmer carrots, partially covered, for 5 minutes, until crisp.
Step 2
Add broccoli and continue cooking 2 minutes or until veggies are tender but crisp.
Step 3
Drain well.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a wok heat oil.
Step 5
Saute red pepper and ginger, for about 3 minutes or until tender.
Step 6
Add margarine, and add carrots and broccoli to frypan and stir fry until heated through.
Step 7
Add sesame seeds.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Cook until seeds are toasted.
