Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray, set aside.
Step 3
Clean potatoes well.
Step 4
Leaving skin on, quarter the potatoes and cut those wedges in half.
Step 5
Rinse the potatoes and pat dry.
Step 6
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl making sure potatoes are well coated.
Step 7
Pour over baking sheet and place in oven.
Step 8
Cook potatoes for 15 minutes per side then stand turn them on the skin side until cooked through, about 35 to 40 minutes altogether, depending on size of potatoes.
