Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium pot, stir together coconut milk, water, sugar, and sweet rice.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer stirring occasionally, for 20-30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is soft.
Step 3
Stir in creamed corn and cook for about 10 minutes more, until heated through.
Step 4
Serve hot or cold.
