Step 1

Cook slow till butter and onions melt not brown, about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Add cubed ham, saute till onions are paste.

Step 3

Add 1 lb good quality egg noodles cooked according to package directions.

This is a real taste treat. The carmelized onions are . so sweet and bring out the flavour of the ham. This takes a bit of time but it minds itself and is worth it. I'll be making this again very soon.
