My German hubby is a happy guy...he really enjoyed this meal...I really liked it...I did downsize the recipe to serve 2...I had a 1 pound pork loin roast and it came out so tender...I didn't use celery root...but did add in some Yukon gold baby potatoes from my garden instead...I was expecting the dish to cook for an hour based on the size of the pork...but when I checked it at 30 minutes it was well as the I turned off the oven and jumped to step 14...the hubby was caught eating the last of the veggies in the pan...that tells me it was so worth making it for him...made for "FYC" tag game...
