"A great tasting pork roast recipe I like to make in the crock-pot. I put it together in the morning and let it tend itself throughout the day."

Made for the 1st Time Around Tag Game, this recipe saved my day yesterday. Pork roast done in the crock-pot is a fave meal w/us, so I tagged your recipe & had it in progress when we got news we were having surprise guests for dinner. I set the table & I was good-to-go. My roast was huge, so I cooked it on High for 5 hrs, transferred it to my oven & browned it slightly. I added carrot & onion chunks to the CP. When done, I skimmed the rendered fat & put cous cous in the CP to absorb the remaining juices. Voila! Dinner was served (after I took pics) -- A no mess, no stress & tasty meal. Thx for sharing your recipe.
