"One the DH found. Do not include peeling and deveining prawns in the prep time but it usually takes me about 45 minutes. Thinking this would be good for a surf and turf or as a first course to a meal in which it would feed 8."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat butter and garlic on high until butter is melted.
Step 2
Stir in flour and stir for 2 to 3 minutes to incorporate and cook out the flour taste.
Step 3
Slowly add stock and cream and stir to combine.
Step 4
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened nicely, stirring every 10mins.
Step 5
Add mustard, salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 6
Add prawns and cover and cook on HIGH for 15-20 minutes, stirring gently half way.
