Step 1

In pan

Add the rosemary, cannellini beans, broth, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes, over a medium heat. Stirring frequently so they dont burn

In skillet at end of beans cooking

Step 4

Heat olive oil

Step 5

Add the shrimps and garlic

Step 6

Cook each side of shrimp for 1 1/2 minutes

Step 7

Add tomatoes at end

Step 8

Combine with bean mixture

Step 9

Season to taste

Step 10

Garnish with basil

OMG, Dee - this is a superb dish! DH loves cannellini beans, but I'm not a fan. This recipe changed my mind. I followed the recipe exactly, except for using three large cloves of garlic instead of one. It could have used a fourth, but we're just geared that way. LOL. This one's going straight into my Best of 2021 file. Thanks for sharing this keeper of a dish!!!
