" This is a very tasty garlic loaded tapa. I use 2 jalapenos but I love spice. Cut back to suit your own taste. It is fun to take the fry pan right to the table and let everyone fix their own. Use only extra virgin olive oil."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a medium sized skillet, add jalapeno and garlic. Saute 1 minute

Step 2

Add shrimp and cook 2 more minutes Stir in cilantro, paprika, and salt. Heat through Total time 5 minutes

Step 3

Take the skillet to the table along with the baguette slices. Give a spoon to everyone and let them spoon the oil and shrimp on the baguette. Finally dunk the bread for the last lovely morsels

mmm delicious appetizer, Just made half a recipe for the 2 of us. Because there was just the two of us I served it in the brushetta style, on untoasted baguette so that the juices soaked into it, mmm YUM! Will be making this one again for sure!
