Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 fresh Jalapenos, minced or 3 canned jalapenos minced
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 8 ounces fresh shrimp, coarsley chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 16 sices baguette, 1/2 inch slices

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a medium sized skillet, add jalapeno and garlic. Saute 1 minute

  • Step 2: Add shrimp and cook 2 more minutes Stir in cilantro, paprika, and salt. Heat through Total time 5 minutes

  • Step 3: Take the skillet to the table along with the baguette slices. Give a spoon to everyone and let them spoon the oil and shrimp on the baguette. Finally dunk the bread for the last lovely morsels
