Step by Step Method
Step 1
Divide berries and peach slices evenly among 8 x 100ml-capacity ice-pop moulds.
Step 2
Place coconut water, pulp and syrup in a large jug and stir until combined and then pour evenly over fruit in moulds.
Step 3
Tap bases of moulds to remove air bubbles and then insert paddle pop sticks and freeze overnight.
Step 4
When ready to serve, run moulds under warm water for a couple of seconds to remove ice-pops.
