Step by Step Method
Step 1
Set oven to broil.
Step 2
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
Place 8 graham cracker squares on the baking sheet, cover with the marshmallows and then cook for 1 minute or until marshmallows have melted.
Step 4
In a bowl combine chocolate chips with the milk and put in microwave at 60 percent power for 30 seconds; stir and repeat until the chocolate chips are melted and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Drizzle the chocolate over the marshmallows and then top with graham cracker squares, pressing down lightly to form the sandwiches.
Step 6
Freeze until chocolate has hardened and marshmallows are firm (1 1/2 hours).
