Step by Step Method
Step 1
Soften cheese at room temperature and then add to a bowl of an electric mixer.
Step 2
Add mayo and the sugar to cream cheese blend. Stir in the fruit and nuts. Fold in the cream. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Step 3
Freeze until firm.
