Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place 2 cobs of corn and 2 tablespoons of butter in an 8 x 12-inch vacuum sealer bag, seal the bag, repeat for the remaining cobs, and freeze.
Step 2
To cook the corn, boil a large pot of water and toss the unopened bags of frozen corn and butter into the pot. Boil for 8 to 10 minutes, until bright yellow.
Step 3
Open carefully as the seam is very hot.
Step 4
Enjoy summer corn, all year long.
