Step by Step Method
Step 1
Blend cream cheese, mayo, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy.
Step 3
Slowly beat in sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Beat heavy whipping cream in another bowl until stiff.
Step 5
Fold whipping cream into eggs white mixture. IF desired, stir in food coloring and stir until blended.
Step 6
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Step 7
Pout into 8 inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
