Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (can use low fat)
  • 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (not whipped topping)
  • 3 drops red food coloring (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 pound can fruit cocktail, drained well
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar marshachino cherries, cut cherries in half
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange slices, drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blend cream cheese, mayo, and lemon juice.

  • Step 2: Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy.

  • Step 3: Slowly beat in sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until stiff peaks form.

  • Step 4: Beat heavy whipping cream in another bowl until stiff.

  • Step 5: Fold whipping cream into eggs white mixture. IF desired, stir in food coloring and stir until blended.

  • Step 6: Fold in rest of ingredients.

  • Step 7: Pout into 8 inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
