Step 1: Blend cream cheese, mayo, and lemon juice.
Step 2: Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until foamy.
Step 3: Slowly beat in sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until stiff peaks form.
Step 4: Beat heavy whipping cream in another bowl until stiff.
Step 5: Fold whipping cream into eggs white mixture. IF desired, stir in food coloring and stir until blended.
Step 6: Fold in rest of ingredients.
Step 7: Pout into 8 inch square pan, cover and freeze until firm.
