Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the crushed garlic, chopped dill, and the yogurt. Add your desired amount of salt and then put the bowel in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Prepare the zucchini by washing and peeling them. Cut them in 1/4 inch slices. Put salt on them and put them in a bowl. Make sure you drain the juice off as best you can.
Step 3
Place the flour in a bowl and coat the zucchini. Fry it on both sides for about 3 minutes per side on medium. Fry to a golden brown. Place on paper towels to blot the grease and pat them dry.
Step 4
You can eat them either hot or cold with the yogurt as a side or dip.
