  • 784 grams zucchini (4 medium zucchini)
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • .75 ounces fresh dill, chopped
  • Oil, for frying (sunflower oil, 1 cup)
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix together the crushed garlic, chopped dill, and the yogurt. Add your desired amount of salt and then put the bowel in the refrigerator.

  • Step 2: Prepare the zucchini by washing and peeling them. Cut them in 1/4 inch slices. Put salt on them and put them in a bowl. Make sure you drain the juice off as best you can.

  • Step 3: Place the flour in a bowl and coat the zucchini. Fry it on both sides for about 3 minutes per side on medium. Fry to a golden brown. Place on paper towels to blot the grease and pat them dry.

  • Step 4: You can eat them either hot or cold with the yogurt as a side or dip.
