"Adapted from Martha Stewart. For You Want What? 2019. In my pics, I used about half a bag of dried figs because I can't find any fresh here right now. I increased the ricotta to half a cup from a quarter cup."

A tasty artisan pizza! I too used dried figs because in the Northeast they are hard to come by and not available right now. Also increased the ricotta and forgot to add the honey, but added some once I pulled the pizza out of the oven. The fresh thyme is perfect over the pizza and provides that je ne sais quoi. Hubs and I enjoyed this pizza very much. Thank you, WAIGEN, for sharing. Made it for Only the Lonely.
