Step 1

Mix potatoes and olive oil, put in tin foil packet. Bake 425 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 2

Mix bouillon with 1/4 c water, you may need a little more water, mix rest first, mix in potatoes that you have put in bowl. Add butter; mash.

Step 3

Add crushed garlic, chives and olives.

Step 4

Season with pepper, you may need salt.

I didn't use quite as much garlic, cutting it down to 4. I did use all the black olives and it was perfect for us. I am excited to have a new way to serve up potatoes!
